Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh is an eminent scholar, teacher, researcher, and administrator. She is a recipient of Rashtriya Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar and Kalam Visionary Principal awards. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research along with 9 publications in International Journals and Conferences to her credit. While she has been a passionate and caring teacher, as an administrator she has been firmly result-oriented with a steady vision. Her hard work and dedication have always empowered her proficiency in different subjects of Electronics Engineering. She has rich exposure to various CAD tools used for Electronic Circuit Design & Analysis, the Latest Trends in Design Technologies, Processes in the field of VLSI, and Designing with Linear Integrated Circuits. Her innovative approach and administrative skills have empowered her to become a successful academic leader.
Principal
Dr. Manish Billore, a Chartered Engineer, brings nearly 25 years of diverse experience, seamlessly blending academia and industry at national and international levels. Currently serving as Principal at SISTec Gandhi Nagar, he previously held the position at Ratibad Campus from 2021 to April 2025, and Gandhi Nagar from 2013 to 2017. Dr. Billore holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from SATI Vidisha, an MBA from SVIM Indore, and both an M.Tech and Ph.D. from MANIT Bhopal. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and an active member of professional bodies such as SAE, CSI, ISTE, and IIIE. In academia, he has contributed significantly to institutions like Barkatullah University, SISTec Gandhinagar, and the Oriental Group of Institutes, Bhopal. His industry experience spans roles with multinational companies such as Kinetic Honda, Machine Tools (India), and DMG Mori Seiki India, covering diverse domains like production, R&D, marketing, and management. Dr. Billore's expertise extends to mentoring innovation and entrepreneurship. He is the Co-Founder of AIC-Aartech, an incubation center established under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, and serves as a Member of the Scrutiny Committee at B-Nest, the incubation center under Bhopal Smart City, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. His comprehensive experience exemplifies a well-rounded engineering professional committed to fostering growth in education, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Neha Jain’s professional journey reflects her unwavering dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and continuous learning. With over 18 years of experience in the education sector and a year in the corporate world, she brings a well-rounded perspective that combines theoretical depth with practical insights. Since joining SISTec in November 2021, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to academic innovation, quality delivery, and people-oriented leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and has also completed a B.Com (Management Hons.), a Master’s in Business Economics, and an MBA. A prolific academic, Dr. Jain has authored two books—Business Economics and Marketing Management—and published 12 research papers in esteemed journals, including those listed in ABDC, Scopus, and the UGC Care list. Dr. Jain is known for her energetic work ethic, team spirit, and inclusive approach. She has actively participated in over 35 seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, continuously upgrading her knowledge and sharing it with peers and students. In 2024, she was conferred with the Nav Jyotirmay Award by Hon’ble Deputy CM Shri Rajendra Shukla Ji for her contribution to education. Admired for her positive outlook and collaborative leadership, Dr. Neha Jain continues to inspire and lead with integrity, making her an invaluable asset to SISTec’s academic vision and culture.
