SISTec Business School successfully conducted an insightful Expert Session on “The World of Derivatives: Basics to Beneficiaries.” The session was delivered by Ms. Smita Chaudhary, Senior Vice President – Compliance & Investor Service Center (ISC), NCDEX, Mumbai, who provided students with a comprehensive understanding of derivatives, their practical applications, regulatory frameworks, and their role in modern financial markets.

SISTec Business School successfully organized a two-day Post Budget Talk titled Budget Manthan 2026, aimed at fostering informed discussions on the Union Budget and its economic implications. The first session featured an insightful panel discussion led by eminent experts CS Amit Kumar Jain, Founder & Director, Mentor Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Sreenu N, Associate Professor & HOD, Department of Management Studies, NIT Bhopal.

SISTec Business School organized an insightful Expert Session on Career Opportunities in Commodities and Financial Markets featuring Mr. Anish Vyas, Assistant Manager, Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX). The session provided students with a clear understanding of how the commodity and stock markets function, key market dynamics, and smart approaches to investing in today’s evolving financial landscape. Mr. Vyas also highlighted diverse career pathways in commodities trading, market operations, and financial services, offering valuable industry perspectives.

SISTec Business School had the honor of hosting Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh, Director, Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli, for an insightful session on Preparing for Future Challenges. Dr. Singh interacted with students and shared thought-provoking insights on the evolving business landscape. He emphasized the key distinctions between Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, explaining how innovation, technology, and human-centric leadership together define the future of management.

SISTec Business School Under the Proficiency Development Program has Organized a Workshop on "The Role & Utilization of Specialized Software Tools in Business Analytics". The Speaker for the Workshop was (Associate Professor & HOD Computer Science & Engineering) Dr. Amit Kumar Mishra who provided insights into various aspects of business analytics and how specialized software tools can enhance analytical capabilities. Topics covered included data fundamentals, data collection methodologies, problem definition, stakeholder identification, types of data analytics, basic statistics, data visualization, and preprocessing techniques.

SISTec Business School recently hosted a session as part of its Proficiency Development Program titled "Effective Communication & Effective Emails." The expert speaker for the session was Ms. Shweta Kehwani Ajmani, Director of Dreamz Global Education Services. The main goal of the session was to provide students with the necessary skills to effectively communicate to potential employers.

School of Management Studies — SISTec MBA organized an expert session on "Scientific Research Writing", to provide students the opportunity to gain the required skills in research writing and increase their productivity. The expert speaker for the season was (Vice-chair SAC IEEE MP section & HOD at Electrical EngineeringDept., SISTec Ratibad) Dr. Ashish Singhal.

Dr. Ashish Singhal emphasized the prerequisites for writing the research paper. He addressed the importance of Novelty in research writing, an abstract should be clear and precise while writing the paper. He also explained points to remember for the introduction, results, and discussion. We are highly confident that this session would make significant advancements that can improve our student’s lives and contribution to the betterment of society.

School of Management Studies - SISTec MBA organized an expert session on “Emerging Strategies to Attract Consumers” under the umbrella of Knowledge Series flagship program. The resource person for the session was (Professor & Head of Corporate Relations, NTPC School of Business) Dr. Neel Rai.

Through the session, the students were taught about customer Segmentation Targeting and Positioning which is also popularly known as STP in Management. They were made aware about the benefits of Customer Engagement. The speaker answered all relevant questions in the Q&A session to the satisfaction of the audience.

School of Management Studies - SISTec MBA in collaboration with NISM (National Institute of Securities Market) organized three days session on “How to Make Investment & Career in Securities Market” under the umbrella of Knowledge Series flagship programme. The resource person for the session was (SEBI, NISM, PFRDA Empanelled Financial Education Trainer) Ms. Shruti Gupta & (CA/DISA Professional) Mr. Piyush Gupta,.

On the first day, the speakers discussed numerous financial concepts like expenses, budgeting, etc. Also the students were briefed on the importance of investment, small saving schemes, mutual funds, gold as investments. The role of securities market and process to invest in it was also elaborated.On the second day, students were enlightened about primary market and secondary market and how to invest in these markets.

The third day was completely dedicated to mutual funds and securities market. Role of SEBI, and concepts of risk of equity and debt investing were discussed. Also the speakers guided the students on career opportunities in Indian Securities Market. The speakers answered all relevant questions in the Q&A session to the satisfaction of the audience.
